Every bride and groom receive a comprehensive event planning package including a wedding dance planner, music list, and wedding reception guide. With this information you will be able to start making decisions about the details of your wedding reception. You can select music for your First Dance, Father/Daughter Dance, Wedding Party Dance, etc. You can also decide what traditions and activities you would like to be part of your reception: like the Bouquet Toss, Garter Toss, Anniversary Celebration Dance and others. Dancin' Tracks also offers an online event planning system that allows
you to review the details of your event online and to plan your event online.
Dancin' Tracks offers a thorough pre-wedding consultation. A week to 10 days before your wedding Dancin' Tracks will contact you for a pre-wedding consultation. At this time you can either meet with your Disc Jockey personally or conduct the consultation over the phone. During this consultation the wedding reception timetable, music requests, and any other details will be confirmed.
Dancin' Tracks will coordinate your events at the wedding reception. Offering more than someone that "just plays music", your Disc Jockey will help coordinate all of the activities throughout the evening. This includes coordinating the cake cutting, toasts, blessing, grand march, garter and bouquet tosses and more. Your Disc Jockey will also work with the other wedding vendors to make sure the evening flows smoothly.
Dancin' Tracks has an extensive music library for a variety of tastes and ages. Dancin' Tracks has one of the largest music libraries in Minnesota. Over
15,000 songs will be brought to your event. The music library covers a variety of styles, all the way from Big Band to Top 40 hits. Any requests will be gladly played (time permitting and if appropriate). If there is a song that you simply must have for your wedding reception and it's not already in the music library, Dancin' Tracks will gladly get it.
Dancin' Tracks will get your guests involved and dancing. Though appropriate and tasteful crowd interaction and great dancing music, Dancin' Tracks will involve everyone in the fun. You can participate in the Chicken Dance, Limbo Contest, Disco Dance Contest or even the dreaded Macarena! However, this is the newlywed's special day, and your Disc Jockey will not upstage the bride and groom. The focus will remain on the bride and groom.
Dancin' Tracks will be professional. This is a full-time business for Dancin' Tracks and is treated as such (although it is a FUN business!). You can expect that your Disc Jockey will conduct himself in a professional manner at all times. This includes: being on-time, courteous to your guests, professionally attired, not drinking or smoking at your event, and not swearing or using off-color jokes.
